LESLIE GRAHAM-WILLIAMS, CEO.
Finalist for Canadian Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2007
As CEO of Pegasus since 1999, Leslie has been responsible for the development of the company's current policies across the business enterprise from Sales and Recruiting to Client Development. In addition to responsibilities in the legal and contractual side of the business her influence has been felt in a number of areas, included implementing management methodologies in administration, staffing, recruiting and building strategic alliances.
As a small company Pegasus is challenged by competition with some of the larger multinationals in the IT sector. " We can't compete in terms of size, nor do we attempt to, but I strongly believe in practicing business integrity, a policy established by John Goldsmith. It is the single most important element in marketing our services successfully, it gives us confidence and edge and has established our reputation as a fair competitor."
We also have a great advantage in our professional staff at Pegasus. We have an effective Sales and Recruiting Team, because each member has confidence in their individual abilities to get the job done and at the same time be supportive of the other team members...you have to keep that focus and remember success is always a state of mind. The Pegasus Team has that focus and to paraphrase Doris Lessing: Anyone can blossom with a hundred unexpected talents and capacities simply by being given the opportunity to do so" Pegasus provides that opportunity and is rewarded by success.
When not at Pegasus, Leslie lives in her Toronto garden which she occasionally shares with her husband John. She also enjoys visits to her 2 year old grandson, Ronan in Uvalde, Texas. |

JOHN GOLDSMITH, Chairman
As founding partner of Pegasus in 1987 and now Chairman "Emeritus "John was the vision behind the company's mandate to have " Every Client a Reference" .
John was responsible for building the company from a consulting startup in 1987 to its present structure and was an active managing partner until his retirement in 2000. John's early career was in management consulting and later sales and marketing, a diverse background that took him to Europe, Britain, France, Switzerland, Austria, the Principality of Liechtenstein and eventually North America. After National Service in Britain, John graduated from Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge University with a B.A. (Hon's.) Modern Languages and Law. John is held in high regard at Pegasus not only for his 'wit and wisdom' but also for his lifetime dedication to sports, a dedication that is carried on by his son Neil, fostering a wonderfully competitive environment for the rest of the Sales & Recruiting Team. He is also known for his propensity to ' jump out of airplanes', which perhaps comes from his 4 year stint in the Territorial Army with the 16th British Airborne Brigade in London. This was followed 2 years' National Service, mainly in Cyprus in 1948-49. He claims that the only risk for a 18 year-old boy just out of boarding school was the local ouzo, wine and brandy. Latterly, John has jumped with a pal at a flying club just north of Toronto and says he will make his last jump this year and has issued a challenge to the Pegasus Team to accompany him.
The Pegasus company logo comes from the British Airborne Division, the famous winged horse immortalized in WW2 by the Arnhem landings in the Netherlands in 1944. No matter how changeable economic times have been for Pegasus - both good and bad - John's motto inspires the team "onwards, upwards and never say die." |

SVETLANA KASIMOV, Chief Financial Officer
As our Financial Officer, Svetlana handles all aspects of the Pegasus accounting from invoicing through monthly financial reporting. Svetlana moved with her family to Toronto from the exotic republic of Azerbaijan (former USSR). Svetlana achieved her degree at Civil Engineering University in Baku, Azerbaijan. She plays a very active part in the Pegasus Team, handling all inquires from our consultants and office staff, to liaising with clients on accounts payable. As a fully accredited accountant in Azerbaijan Svetlana has plans to continue her studies to qualify as a CA here in Canada but for now, her life is very full with her daughter Victoria and her son Farid. Everyone is amazed at her ability to improve her English and also are familiar with her frequent questions of " ...how you say in ... English".
Each of us only wish we could speak Russian as well as she does English. |

MATTHEW ZWEIG, Senior Technical Recruiter
Matt has won a reputation for being an excellent recruiter. Initially, working under the mentorship of Greg Habros but now under his own steam, Matt is proving he has the necessary "people skills" to navigate the often stormy waters of Technical Recruiting. Born and raised in Brantford Ontario whose claim to fame - as Matt frequently recounts - is as Wayne Gretzky's hometown and where hockey is a way of life... Matt relocated with his family to Toronto and subsequently attended York University where he studied Economics and Business Management.
One of the most expanding experiences Matt has had yet, was living in Japan for a number of years, where he taught English as a second language and came to experience an entirely new culture. He really enjoyed his experiences in Japan but probably the best lesson learned was how great a country Canada is and how proud he is to call it home. Matt has been with Pegasus Consulting since 2004 and in his own words - not paid for by Pegasus ..."I have to say that by far this has been the most productive and friendly team of co-workers and employers I have ever had the pleasure of working with."

NATHAN SEKAR, Account Executive, Client Solutions
Nathan has been working with Sales & Marketing V.P. Neil Goldsmith expanding our existing client base. Nathan brings to Pegasus a mix of technical skills and business acumen and we believe he's a great fit for this position.
In terms of Nathan's most impressive accomplishment to date, he rates a 4 th year University thesis project as "right up there." His team designed an antenna system capable of improving the performance of wireless communications and finished in 2 nd place, winning a national award and as a result the group was flown into Vancouver to present their project. While the award was very fulfilling on a career scale, on a personal level, the whole process introduced Nathan to just how competitive a society we all live in these days and instilled the idea that one must work harder, faster and more efficiently than ever before. Finishing second wasn't good enough for Nathan and as he says: "My father put it very succinctly, the difference between extra-ordinary and ordinary is a little bit extra. That little bit 'extra' is now part of my arsenal and the motivation I need to make sure I succeed."
When he's not working, you can usual find his normal, boisterous and gregarious self enjoying the nightclub scene in Toronto, tanning his already bronzed body at the beach or playing a game of pick up sports with guys from the "hood." |

ERIN PERREAULT, Technical Recruiter
With two years of experience in sales and recruiting under her belt, Erin joined the Pegasus Team as their newest Technical Recruiter.
Under the wing of Greg Habros, she quickly built on her knowledge and skills to effectively manage the cycles of the recruitment process. A graduate of York University with a major in Psychology, Erin is able to maneuver difficult situations with ease and tact. She is motivated and assertive about getting the work done.
Erin knows that the difference between a successful and unsuccessful person is not a lack of strength, and not a lack of knowledge, but rather a lack of will. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, as well as working out at the gym and staying active. |
