Discovery allows all aspects of a platform configuration to be captured on a regularly defined user basis. A Platform's captured configuration state or profile is output in XML format, allowing third party reporting tools or enterprise databases to read the Profile contents and provide a detailed, customizable management report. Reports can track changes as deltas against a baseline, identifying where changes have been made and generating trend analysis reports on resource usage.
