While industry best practices and processes are applied, our specialized knowledge in defining role based configuration for your PCs and servers ensures you have a consistent, repeatable, and maintainable process for PC and server deployment.
A Role Based Approach: Our professionals will define the PC desktop image and server access configuration required for each of the business roles you have in your organization. Start with a base configuration that will be installed on every PC, such as Windows-XP, MS -Office, MS-Outlook and so on, we can then add the specialized software required for a specific role requirement.
Create an image for an Accounting Clerk: Start with the base configuration, the specific software and the level of network access required for accounting clerks to perform their functions. This can then be duplicated for each desktop throughout your organization for each accounting specific role. Similarly an image is created for other roles in other corporate departments and so on. This basic footprint for each role requirement in your organization quickly enables you to respond cost effectively to any staffing changes.
